Return Eligibility

You may return products under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your scooter arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will happily accept a return and offer a full refund or replacement.

  • Incorrect Product Delivered: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a prompt return, refund, or exchange.

  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind, you may return the product within 7 to 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Get Return Authorization: Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a return authorization number and return instructions.

  3. Pack the Item: Ensure the item is packed securely in its original condition with tags, manuals, and invoice. Include your order number or proof of purchase.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Exchanges

If you requested an exchange, your replacement product will be delivered within 8 to 10 business days after return approval.

Non-Returnable Items

Some products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Used or Damaged Scooters (Customer Use): Products that show signs of use or wear.

  • Customized Products: Any product that has been customized or personalized.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped, we’ll cancel it at no cost. Once shipped, the return process will apply.
